Ohio Women in Government is excited to offer a members-only luncheon workshop, where members can develop abilities to manage harassment in the workplace. This workshop will go beyond standard HR department trainings and help members harness the necessary soft skills for navigating intense situations. 

OWIG is very fortunate to have Marilyn McClure-Demers, VP & Associate General Counsel at Nationwide Insurance, and Lisa Kathumbi, Partner at Bricker & Eckler conducting the workshop. 

These incredibly accomplished women are passionate about bringing women together in a safe space to talk about harassment. Marilyn and Lisa will lead a situational-based discussion that will be casual and comfortable, and aims to be relevant for the daily lives of our members. The workshop will be a closed door session, where women will be allowed to speak freely about the experiences of women in government. 

OWIG hopes that attendees will walk away with new tools for working through harassment and an awakened strength to form strategy partnerships in the workplace.
